- These T&Cs are a legal contract between the Karina Francois Naturopathy and Massage Therapies PtyLtd (ACN 105633127) (“Us” or “We”) and you.
- Our tea blends are suitable for men and women. You should not use them if you are:
- under 18 years of age;
- pregnant;
- breastfeeding;
- suffering from a serious medical condition.
- THIS IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR PROPER MEDICAL ADVICE
Using our Blends:
- Follow the instructions at the back of the packaging and in our product descriptions. It has important information about: PARTICULARLY PAY ATTENTION TO ONLINE PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AS THINGS MAY CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME SINCE YOU PURCHASED YOUR TEA BLEND RE TGA DISCLAIMERS AND HEALTH REGULATIONS.
- The tea Blends are not a food-substitute.
- You must not give the blends to anybody else to consume.
What we will supply to you
6.Upon receiving your payment we will send you the number of packs that you have ordered.
Legals
- You will not hold Us liable, and indemnify us from any loss, cost or damage arising from any claim, in relation to any injury or damage suffered by you or any person receiving the tea blends from you, arising from using the tea blendscontrary to our directions:
- on the tea blend packaging; and
- on our website
- When you order a CLEAN HERBALS pack or participate in the online consultation we will deal with your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy WE CANNOT GIVE ANY HEALTH ADVICE ONLINE NOR ON THE TELEPHONE WITHOUT A PROPER CONSULTATION WITH OUR NATUROPATH. 3. These T&Cs are subject to the law of Victoria, Australia. If a dispute arises then you will endeavour to resolve this matter by negotiation with Us first. Ify ou bring any legal claim against Us then you must do so before the courts or tribunals of Victoria, Australia, or the Victorian registry of Australian federal courts. We may bring any claim against you in either Victoria or in the jurisdiction where you are located.
