Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  This policy sets out how we handle returns, refunds and replacements, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law Rights

Our goods come with guarantess that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  You are entitled to a replacment or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.  You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.


Change of mind

For change-of-mind returns, we may, at our discretion , offer a refund, store credit or exchange if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

*The item is unused, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition;and - You can provide proof of purchase.

If we agree to change-of-mind return, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless we agree otherwise.

Sale items

Change-of-mind returns are not generally available for sale or discounted items, unless required by law.  However, if a sale item has a major failure or otherwise does not comply with the consumer guarantees, you may still be entitiled to a refund or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Allergic reactions and sensitivities

Because individual responses to herbs and botanicals can vary, we are generally not able to provide refunds simply because a product does not suit your taste or you experience an unexpected sensitivity to an ingredient that is correctly disclosed on the label.

However, if you believe a product may be defective, contaminated, mislabelled or not described, please contact us promtply so that we can investigate.  Where a product does not meet the consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to repair, replamcement or refund.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not descirbed, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.  We will work with you to provide an appropriate remdy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which may include a replacment, refund or store credit.


Returns

Refunds will be given using your original payment method.

If the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, CleanHerbals® has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.


Gift or Bonuses with purchases or bundled items

 Where merchandise is purchased with a gift or bonus, the gift or bonus must also be returned (unless otherwise stated). If you are unable to return the gift or bonus, or it is not in saleable condition, the value of any available refund will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus.

 In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.

 Where items in the bundle cannot be returned (such as the e-books you will only receive a refund on the value of the merchandise as per this policy and at the discretion of CleanHerbals®.


Privacy when making a return

 CleanHerbals® is committed to protecting your privacy.

 Information collected when returning merchandise will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time. It may be used for fraud protection activities and for the purpose of CleanHerbals® research and analysis. It may be disclosed to state and territory departments upon request, as required by law.

Note:Tea blends /Herbs strength , colour and pigmentation can change from batch to batch . This is due to where it’s grown and sourced at the time . Herbs are Nature dependent and we cannot control this although we aim to stay as consistent as we can . Things like the rain , the sun , the weather can be a factor as well as availability . We will do our best to keep the batches high quality and organic. No guarantees can be made as to what happens with nature these are not standardised herbs they are dependent on natural forces and weather .
