Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch orders within (24-48) business hours of payment being received.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and carrier used.

Any delivery timeframes we provide are estimates only.  Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our direct control.  We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, but nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law if your goods are lost, damaged or not delivered.

If your order has not arrived within a resonable time, or arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us to that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.
