- 2 cups Almond meal
- 2 tsps Baking powder
- ¼ cup Water
- ¼ cup Olive oil or coconut oil
- ⅓ cup Manuka honey or stevia
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Berries or banana
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients and place into 8 muffin cups.
- Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
