Grilled Calamari

INGREDIENTS:

Serves 3-4
  • 750g Calamari rings
  • Drizzle of olive oil and the juice of one lemon
  • Celtic salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cook the calamari rings over a hot grill, turning as soon as you see the edges charring…usually a couple of minutes will do.
  2. Place onto a platter and pour over the dressing. You can also add oregano. Great as a snack or with salad for a delicious meal.
