Winter Gem Tea - Immunity Boost

Anyone looking to strengthen their immune system or experiencing challenging symptoms of the cooler months:

✦ Cold and flu symptoms

Based on traditional use, these herbs may support the following:

Ginger, yarrow, sage, peppermint and echinacea.

✦ Use 1 tsp per cup. Infuse in freshly boiled water for 5-15 minutes, covered.
✦ Drink three times daily during winter, or during periods of immunocrompromisation.
✦ Serve warm, adding lemon for a dose of vitamin C and sweetening with honey.
