Sleep Ritual Tea Blend

This blend is the perfect bedtime companion for anyone experiencing:

Based on traditional use, these herbs may support the following:

✦ Restful sleep
✦ Ease falling asleep
✦ A calm, quiet mind
✦ Physical relaxation
✦ A sense of nightly ritual and routine

Chamomile, lemongrass, passionflower, lavender, rose, and lemon balm.

✦ Use 1-2 tsp per cup. Infuse in freshly boiled water for 5-15 minutes, covered.
✦ Enjoy 30 minutes before bedtime, most effective when used consistently as a nightly routine.

✦ 50g: ~3 weeks (2–3 cups daily)
✦ 250g: ~12 weeks
✦ 1kg: ~14 months
