Inflammation-Ease Tea Blend

Anyone experiencing acute or prolonged symptoms of inflammation, such as:

✦ Mild joint or muscle aches
✦ Pain, redness or swelling
✦ Fatigue or chronic tension
✦ Inflammation of the digestive system
✦ Weight fluctuations
✦ Persistent or recurring infections

Based on traditional use, these herbs may support the following:

✦ Ease of joint pain
✦ Ease of muscular tension
✦ Improved circulation
✦ Healthy inflammatory response
✦ Healthy immune function
✦ Weight stabilisation

Clove buds, turmeric, tulsi (holy basil), cinnamon, rosehips, ginger, cat’s claw and white willow bark.

✦ Use 1 tsp per cup. Infuse in freshly boiled water for 5-15 minutes, covered.
✦ Sip when feeling the symptoms of inflammation.
✦ Serve warm or chilled, adding a tsp of coconut oil and a pinch of pepper to enhance the anti-inflammatory effects of the turmeric. Add honey or maple to taste.

Leaves can be re-steeped. Store cold brew in the fridge or use in smoothies and iced teas.

✦ 50g: ~3 weeks (2–3 cups daily)
✦ 250g: ~12 weeks
✦ 1kg: ~14 months
