Digestive System Tea Blend

Those who struggle with gut sensitivity and digestive disorders, suffering from:

Based on traditional use, these herbs may support the following:

✦ Reduction in bloating and gas
✦ Relief from cramping
✦ Soothing of the digestive tract
✦ More regular and comfortable bowel movements
✦ Enjoyment of foods without fear

Ginger, peppermint, rooibos, green tea*, white tea*, and honeybush.

*Contains naturally occurring caffeine.

✦ Use 1 tsp per cup. Infuse in freshly boiled water for 5-15 minutes, covered.
✦ Enjoy up to 3 cups per day, ideally with meals.
✦ Serve warm or chilled, adding honey or maple to taste.

Leaves can be re-steeped. Store cold brew in the fridge or use in smoothies and iced teas.

✦ 50g: ~3 weeks (2–3 cups daily)
✦ 250g: ~12 weeks
✦ 1kg: ~14 months
