I have just come back on here to order a second lot of the hormone balance tea because the first one absolutely made a huge difference. It lasted 4 weeks, I had the smallest pack. I was making 500 mils in a glass jug in the morning and getting three cups out of it a day. I have been sleeping amazing and I even have lost a little weight. I ran out a few days ago so I haven't had any and I was wanting to see if there was a difference and I'm already on my third hot flash for the day considering I haven't been having them for the last 2 weeks so here I am to buy a bigger packet 🥰

I stumbled across your post on Instagram and read so many reviews from happy customers so I thought I would give it a go. Two days in I noticed my hot flushes had disappeared. Nearly 2 weeks in, 3 cups a day and they haven't returned. I was hoping for sleep improvement as some of your other customers have noted but that hasn't happened - my insomnia wasn't caused by hot flushes. I have just put in my second order for Hormone Balance Tea and have included Sleep Ritual. I will come back and review the Sleep Ritual tea after I have tried it. This tea is definitely worth a try.
