Remember how you felt in your body 20 years ago?
When you look back over your life, specifically at the times you chose to compromise on your health, do you feel like it is affecting you now during peri-menopause or menopause?
So much research suggests preparing for menopause can lessen the uncomfortable symptoms that come along with the transitions.
That's why I have created a 105-day programme which provides the benefits of herbal detox support, hormone balance and a nutritional book with over 200 pages for you to follow in the comfort of your own home.
It’s never too late to make the changes required to bring back your youth!
Growing up it was interesting that I pictured a mid-life woman to be anxious, nervy and stressed due to lack of sleep, struggling through the day and forgetting everything whilst being overwhelmed by hot flushes. I imagined her to be incontinent, depressed, non-sexual and almost as if her life was over and forgotten! How wrong I was!
Fortunately, since being in practice the last 18 years, I’ve noticed that menopausal women rarely present like that. Whatever she is doing with her life, whether it be being a grandmother, running her own business, working, doing charity or art, she’s usually busy, organised and out there achieving.
Being 50 something is not old, however for some unknown reason women have confused ageing and menopause. There’s an underlying mindset that once you turn 50, between 50 and 90 you are all one age.
Menopause isn’t ageing. It definitely is a time of change! A healthy diet, a healthy lifestyle & mindset, an exercise programme as well as the use of herbal medicine and nutritionals can greatly influence how a woman will experience menopause and beyond.
This nutritional programme with herbal tea support will help you transition and keep being an energised woman from as early as 35 and beyond.
Join me and access the benefits of the recipes and herbal tea tonics and become empowered to take care of you!
What is Menopause-
The word Menopause means stopping menstruation. Menopause usually occurs a year passed the date of your last period and usually occurs between 45-55 years.
Body weight will affect the age of menopause, thinner women tend to go through it sooner than those that are overweight.
As a natural therapist we view menopause as a normal transition. Menstruation and menopause are normal phases which affect women in their passage through life. Menopause is not a disease, and I encourage you to adopt a positive lifestyle change, good eating patterns and a positive attitude about this phase.
Lots of research indicates that our well-being during midlife was related to being physically well, exercising, having a positive attitude and diet has a direct influence on menopausal symptoms.
The common symptoms include:
Hot flushes Anxiety Depression Night sweats Adrenal exhaustion Palpitations Mood changes Insomnia Vaginal dryness Lowered libido Fatigue Osteoporosis...and the list goes on.
Why not try this nutritional programme with herbal tea support to help you transition and keep being an energised woman from as early as 35 and beyond!
I'm super excited about what you will be able to now access in the comfort of your own home!

Black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) is a herb that has a long history of traditional use in North American Indian medicine and has been used widely in Western cultures since the early 1800s. It is generally used for the relief of the symptoms of menopause and is approved for use in Australia in medicines sold in pharmacies, supermarkets and other retail outlets. The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) reviewed the safety of Black cohosh in 2005 following reports of possible liver problems internationally and in Australia. Considering the widespread use of Black cohosh, the incidence of liver reaction appears to be very low. Following the safety review, the TGA decided that medicines containing Black cohosh must carry the following label statement: Warning : Black cohosh May harm the liver in some individuals . Use under the supervision of a health care practitioner/ professional or Dr .
In very rare cases, Black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using this product and see your doctor. If symptoms persist consult your health care provider. “Contains liquorice. People with kidney disease or high blood pressure should seek advice from a healthcare practitioner before consuming this product”. ∗
